Uncomfortable ideas about beliefs can involve prostitution, lack of ethics and, of course, human stupidity itself.

I love outrageous ideas. And I die for them when they deal with spirituality. Maybe because my first act of teenage rebellion was to go around sacrilegiously challenging my religion teachers.

On today’s menu, I want to talk to you about three taboo ideas. 📕 The first: about a certain issue of Christianity in the form of a graphic novel. 📘 The second: about our biases in believing, with a book. 📰 The third: with an article discussing the unethical nature of current spirituality.

In addition, you can read a story about superstitions and my reflection that includes what happens when a magic plant rots.

A graphic novel 📕

Chester Brown is a Canadian cartoonist with a long career. Interested in religion and prostitution, he decided to combine these two topics in a compendium of the stories of prostitution in the Bible. Spoiler alert: it could fill a book. That book is Mary Wept Over the Feet of Jesus.
